Notes

  • The voucher will be an electronic voucher. Please note that paper vouchers will not be delivered.
  • Once a voucher has been applied for, it cannot be cancelled or miles cannot be returned.
  • Vouchers are not refundable, redeemable for cash, resale, or transferable to anyone other than the user.
  • Vouchers redeemed from ANA miles will be issued in Japanese Yen (JPY) and can only be used for payment in Japanese Yen (JPY).
  • Vouchers redeemed from ANA miles can be used for one-way itineraries departing from Japan and round-trip itineraries departing from Japan.
  • If a portion of the payment is made with a voucher, the balance can be paid with a credit card.
  • Vouchers can be used to pay for air tickets, checked baggage, pre-purchased meals, 
    reserved seat and other options on the AirJapan website (https://www.flyairjapan.com), as well as any associated taxes.
  • Vouchers can only be used to pay for airline tickets, etc., in the name of the person holding the voucher. 
  • If you have multiple vouchers, only one voucher can be used per transaction.
  • Vouchers can only be used once. Once a voucher has been used, it cannot be used for a subsequent purchase, even if there is any remaining balance.
  • The voucher can also be used as a discount off the total ticket price for reservations with more than one person on board.
