Starting from flights on or after March 30, 2025, Standard and Selected fares, which come with optional services, will be even more convenient to use. <ul><li>About the purchase deadline for Standard fares Standard fares for all routes can now be purchased up to 2 hours before the flight's departure, instead of 5 hours before.</li></ul> <ul><li>About cancellations/refunds at the request of the customer for Selected fares&nbsp; The cancellation fee for cancellations/refunds at the request of the customer for Selected fares on Bangkok and Singapore routes has changed from the amount of 50% of the fare to 35%.</li></ul>
