Regarding the Suspension of the AirJapan Brand's Operations

This is information regarding&nbsp; refunds for your reservation.<ul><li>Fares for Bangkok and Singapore routes are non-refundable.</li><li>For Seoul-Incheon routes, the following cancellation fees will be deducted from the fare, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, optional service fees are non-refundable, and if the cancellation fee exceeds the fare, the fare will not be refunded. *Cancellation fees are as follows: Simple, Standard, Selected: 15,000 JPY / 150,000 KRW (one-way, per person)</li><li>If you cancel your trip, depending on the country and itinerary, we may be able to refund taxes and fees (e.g., international passenger service facility charges) that we would not be required to pay as a result of your cancellation.</li><li>The deadline for refunds is within 90 days from the departure date of your booked flight. Please contact our contact center. Please note that we cannot process refunds after the deadline.</li><li>Please note that the time it takes from the completion of the refund process to the actual refund being credited to your account varies depending on your payment method. For details, please contact your payment service provider.</li></ul>

<ul><li>There are no handling fees for refunds in the event of cancellation or significant delay of your scheduled flight due to bad weather or reasons attributable to AirJapan.</li><li>Unless there are special provisions in the applicable laws or regulations of the country where the ticket payment or refund was made, fares, optional services, and other fees will be refunded in accordance with Air Japan’s Conditions of Carriage. Air Japan usually pays refunds in the currency used when the ticket was purchased, but refunds may be paid in another currency in accordance with company rules.</li><li>Refunds from AirJapan website are available up to 14 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight. After that, please contact our contact center by the refund deadline (within 90 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight). Please note that refunds will not be accepted after the deadline.</li><li id="isPasted" style='box-sizing: border-box; border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; list-style: url("/_next/static/media/icon_dot_marker.5ceaa942.svg"); margin-top: 8px;'>Please note that the period of time between the date when the refund procedures are completed and the date when the refund is actually paid into your bank account differs depending on your payment method. &nbsp;For detailed information, please ask your payment service provider.&nbsp;</li></ul>

About Reservation Refunds

About Damaged, Lost, or Unclaimed/Mistakenly Taken Baggage

<ul><li id="isPasted">Please contact the airport staff when you arrive for damage discovered when you arrive. Under the attendance of the staff, we will judge whether or not compensation is possible.</li><li id="isPasted">We are not responsible for unavoidable damage during transportation.</li><li id="isPasted">Damage of bags that do not affect the contents will not be covered by compensation. In addition, the contents of the bag will not be covered by compensation. *Please note that the following cases are not covered by compensation: ・Minor damage (scratches, cuts, dents, stains, wear and tear on casters/wheels, etc.) ・Damage to or loss of accessories such as belts, name tags, etc.</li><li id="isPasted">No packing materials are available at the airport. If you leave the fragile items such as musical instruments, sports equipment, ceramics, glass products, and liquor bottles, please pack it yourself for aviation transportation yourself.</li><li id="isPasted">We are not responsible for not only fragile ones, but also for damage due to insufficient packaging and partially lost.</li><li id="isPasted">Damage resulting from inherent defects or normal wear and tear of the baggage is also excluded from compensation.</li><li id="isPasted">If you discover any damage to your baggage after arrival, please submit a claim through <a href="https://9c713697.form.kintoneapp.com/public/0b8d5052f8f15c3df08810dd501be939f44a11d6744a3935777df1b48e5b7df1?iframe=true" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this form</a>. *Please note that claims made more than 7 days after the date of receipt will not be eligible for compensation by the airline.</li><li id="isPasted">Even in cases where damage to baggage is eligible for compensation, there is a limit to the amount (indemnity) that can be paid. You can check past reservations, obtain Cancellation/Flight Delay/Temporary Landing Certificates , and issue receipts on the AirJapan website until June 30, 2026.
