About Reservation Refunds

This is information regarding  refunds for your reservation.

  • Fares for Bangkok and Singapore routes are non-refundable.
  • For Seoul-Incheon routes, the following cancellation fees will be deducted from the fare, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, optional service fees are non-refundable, and if the cancellation fee exceeds the fare, the fare will not be refunded.
    *Cancellation fees are as follows: Simple, Standard, Selected: 15,000 JPY / 150,000 KRW (one-way, per person)
  • If you cancel your trip, depending on the country and itinerary, we may be able to refund taxes and fees (e.g., international passenger service facility charges) that we would not be required to pay as a result of your cancellation.
  • The deadline for refunds is within 90 days from the departure date of your booked flight. Please contact our contact center. Please note that we cannot process refunds after the deadline.
  • Please note that the time it takes from the completion of the refund process to the actual refund being credited to your account varies depending on your payment method. For details, please contact your payment service provider.

*In addition to the Booking Confirmation email from us, 2C2P, the online payment agency with which we are affiliated, will send you a refund confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking.

*If you wish to have your refund made to a bank account outside of Thailand, you will not be able to fill out the refund application form. Please contact the contact center with your account information.

Ticket Changes and Refunds for Cancellations or Significant Delays Due to Bad Weather or Other Reasons

  • There are no handling fees for refunds in the event of cancellation or significant delay of your scheduled flight due to bad weather or reasons attributable to AirJapan.
  • Unless there are special provisions in the applicable laws or regulations of the country where the ticket payment or refund was made, fares, optional services, and other fees will be refunded in accordance with Air Japan’s Conditions of Carriage. Air Japan usually pays refunds in the currency used when the ticket was purchased, but refunds may be paid in another currency in accordance with company rules.
  • Refunds from AirJapan website are available up to 14 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight. After that, please contact our contact center by the refund deadline (within 90 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight). Please note that refunds will not be accepted after the deadline.
  • Please note that the period of time between the date when the refund procedures are completed and the date when the refund is actually paid into your bank account differs depending on your payment method.  For detailed information, please ask your payment service provider.
