Standard and Selected fares are now more convenient to use.

Starting from flights on or after March 30, 2025, Standard and Selected fares, which come with optional services, will be even more convenient to use.

• About the purchase deadline for Standard fares
  Standard fares for all routes can now be purchased up to 2 hours before the flight's departure, instead of 5 hours before.

• About cancellations/refunds at the request of the customer for Selected fares 
  The cancellation fee for cancellations/refunds at the request of the customer for Selected fares on Bangkok and Singapore routes has changed from the amount of 50% of the fare to 35%.
