About communication environment
- This service uses wireless LAN technology. As a result, the access of this service may be in charge of communication and unauthorized access, as in the specifications of other wireless LAN spots that can access public access. When using this service, it is strongly recommended that you take security measures such as the terminal firewall and virus software for the use of this service.
- The communication environment of the Internet line in the aircraft cannot achieve the speed and capacity of the communication as much as the ground.
When using the attached file, downloading video content, or using online games, you may not be able to realize the communication status you expect.
- We recommend that you send and receive text data on your smartphone / tablet device and use it to browse web pages.
- There are areas that cannot be communicated in some countries, even above the countries that are displayed as available areas.
- In addition, the line may be disconnected for unexpected reasons, such as domestic circumstances and weather conditions in the country.
Precautions for use
- This service uses wireless LAN technology. - For safety and other reasons, the Airjapan Wi-Fi service may be suspended. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of data generated by using this service, damage such as device failure, etc.
- Video streaming may not be supported.
- We recommend that you disable automatic updates for applications and software running on the background.
