Regarding the Suspension of the AirJapan Brand's Operations

This is information regarding&nbsp; refunds for your reservation.<ul><li>Fares for Bangkok and Singapore routes are non-refundable.</li><li>For Seoul-Incheon routes, the following cancellation fees will be deducted from the fare, and the remaining amount will be refunded. However, optional service fees are non-refundable, and if the cancellation fee exceeds the fare, the fare will not be refunded. *Cancellation fees are as follows: Simple, Standard, Selected: 15,000 JPY / 150,000 KRW (one-way, per person)</li><li>If you cancel your trip, depending on the country and itinerary, we may be able to refund taxes and fees (e.g., international passenger service facility charges) that we would not be required to pay as a result of your cancellation.</li><li>The deadline for refunds is within 90 days from the departure date of your booked flight. Please contact our contact center. Please note that we cannot process refunds after the deadline.</li><li>Please note that the time it takes from the completion of the refund process to the actual refund being credited to your account varies depending on your payment method. For details, please contact your payment service provider.</li></ul>

<ul><li>There are no handling fees for refunds in the event of cancellation or significant delay of your scheduled flight due to bad weather or reasons attributable to AirJapan.</li><li>Unless there are special provisions in the applicable laws or regulations of the country where the ticket payment or refund was made, fares, optional services, and other fees will be refunded in accordance with Air Japan’s Conditions of Carriage. Air Japan usually pays refunds in the currency used when the ticket was purchased, but refunds may be paid in another currency in accordance with company rules.</li><li>Refunds from AirJapan website are available up to 14 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight. After that, please contact our contact center by the refund deadline (within 90 days from the scheduled departure date of the cancelled or significantly delayed flight). About Reservation Refunds

Check-in (boarding procedures) and baggage drop-off methods vary depending on your departure airport.Please check the table below and ensure that you complete the check-in and any necessary baggage drop-off procedures at least 1 hour prior to departure.

We are unable to accept seat requests at this time. If you wish to select a seat, please purchase<a href="/service/option/seat"> Paid advance assigned seating service</a> no later than 5 hours prior to departure.</li><li>AirJapan does not offer through check-in services with other airlines (a service that allows you to check in for your entire itinerary from your initial departure point to your final destination). You will need to enter the country once and complete check-in again with the connecting airline.</li></ul>

In accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism guidelines (issued on April 1, 2021), passengers seated in the front rows of the front/center/back sections of the aircraft near the emergency exits must fulfill all of the following requirements.&nbsp;<ul><li id="isPasted">Persons aged 15 years or above.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who are not accompanied by children aged under 12 years.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who do not require assistance from a travel companion or airline staff when boarding the aircraft.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who do not require assistance from a travel companion to evacuate in the event of an emergency evacuation.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who are capable of opening/closing the aircraft doors and otherwise assisting cabin crew in the event of an emergency evacuation.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who are not pregnant (28 days or less until due date)&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who are capable of conversing in Japanese or English.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who understand the emergency procedures guidance and cabin crew’s directions and are capable of orally conveying this information to other passengers.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who will follow the directions of the cabin crew.&nbsp;</li><li>Persons who consent to assisting cabin crew in the event of an emergency evacuation.&nbsp;</li></ul>

<ul><li id="isPasted">Children aged between 0 and 6 years occupying seats are always provided seats next to an accompanying adult.&nbsp;</li><li>Adults accompanying children 0-6 years old are required to pay for advance reserved seats, but free of charge for children aged between 0 and 6 years. &nbsp;(Except for seats with more legspace in the front, center, and rear.)&nbsp;</li></ul>
